Have you replaced chillers on federal facilities?
Yes. From 2019 to 2023 we performed boiler and chiller replacement work at Mountain Home Air Force Base as a subcontractor to SupplyCore, a federal facilities support prime.
Do you handle the piping and startup as well?
Yes. We self-perform removal, piping, startup and commissioning documentation.
Do you treat cooling tower water?
Yes. We test tower water, set up treatment systems and supply chemicals. Treatment can also be part of a maintenance contract.
Can you maintain our chiller under a service contract?
Yes. We offer preventive maintenance contracts for chillers on their own or together with your boilers and HVAC equipment.
What areas do you cover for chiller service?
We cover the Treasure Valley and all of Southern Idaho, and we are licensed in Idaho and Oregon.
